O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in Crime No.177 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Railway Junction Police Station, Salem District and quash the same.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pending the criminal complaint against the petitioner herein, the parties have amicably resolved the disputes among themselves and the defacto complainant has also filed an affidavit to that effect dated 21.10.2019.

3. Both the de-facto complainant and the petitioner are present before this Court today. In order to identify the respective parties, they have also submitted the photo copies of their Aadhar Cards and the same has been made part of the record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the statements made in the affidavit dated 21.10.2019, the proceedings in Crime No.177 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Railway Junction Police Station, Salem District, is quashed.

5. The Criminal Original Petition stands allowed accordingly.
