ORDER

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the petitioner married the victim girl and he is complying with the conditions.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) admits that the appellant is complying with conditions regularly as imposed by this Court.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The appellant has been complying the conditions regularly. Hence, the interim bail granted to the appellant is made absolute subject to the condition that the appellant shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., and the conditions stipulated in (c) to (f) in the earlier interim bail order dated 18.09.2025 shall stand continue.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal appeal is allowed. 30-10-2025 pbl
