Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from erecting the High Tension Cable in the petitioner's patta property situated in Suvey NO.179/2C, Pappinaickanahalli village, Dharmapuri Taluk and District under except due process of law.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner ; and Mr.M.Varunkumar, learned Standing Counsel accepting notice

on behalf of the respondents and with their consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to forbear the respondents from erecting the High Tension Cable in the petitioner's patta property situated in Suvey NO.179/2C, Pappinaickanahalli village, Dharmapuri Taluk and District under except due process of law. The petitioner is aggrieved by the proposal made by the respondents to erect a tower in the centre of the petitioner's agricultural land. In this regard, he has sent an objection on 03.02.

2016 and the same is now pending consideration of the authorities, In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation, there will be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
