C.M.P.No.26023 of 2019 in S.A.No.(SR)127654 of 2019 P.T. ASHA, J, The above petition is filed for condoning the delay of 168 days in filing the Second Appeal though the affidavit would wrongly state that the delay is 534 days.
2.The learned counsel for the respondents has strongly opposed the petition being ordered.
Since sufficient reasons have been stated in Paragraph 3 of the affidavit filed in support of the petition this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Hence, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order.
