ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 particularly the third respondent to consider the representation dated 16.08.2019 sent by the petitioner.

2. Heard, Mr.S.Dawood Khan, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3. The petitioner submitted application for cancellation of patta issued in favour of the fifth respondent and it is pending. Considering the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.08.2019 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and respondents 4 & 5 herein and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
