ORDER

(1) The writ petition has been filed in the nature of a mandamus seeking transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the property situate at S.No.517, measuring an extent of 0.05 cents at Hosur Village and Taluk in Krishnagiri District pursuant to the application made by the petitioner dated 13.05.2019. (2) The matter came up on two or three earlier occasions and a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direction has been given to the respondents to comply with the said application and file a Report in Court. (3) There is a copy of a letter sent by the Tahsildar to the learned Government Advocate, which is available in the Court records and which is dated 22.11.2019, in which it had been stated that computerisation of the records were being undertaken at the Registration Office at Krishnagiri District and on completion, necessary action will be taken on the representation which is complained of in this present writ petition.

(4) However, there no action has been taken on the representation dated 13.05.2019 and consequently, it requires issuance of a mandamus to the 3rd respondent/Special Tahsildar, Hosur Land Settlements at Hosur, to consider the representation dated 13.05.2019 after issuing notice and to pass a considered order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(5) The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
