Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent vide 1/4

his Letter No.5956/E4/2025 dated 10.07.2025 and quash the same and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to take appropriate action as per Section 83 of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Circular No.41530/U1/2017 dated 20.10.2017 issued by the Inspector General of Registration, Chennai against the respondents 3 to 7 within a time limit to be stipulated by this Court.
