ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Certiorari seeking interference with an order of the respondent in O.O.No.19/OPI (3)/2017 dated 10.04.2017. By which order, the petitioner, Office Superintendent, OPI Section, was deputed on foreign service as Office Superintendent NRHM in the existing vacancy.

2. Fundamentally, the order of transfer cannot be examined by this Court. It is a part of the employment conditions of any public servant. However, the petitioner had thought it fit to question that particular order of transfer.

3. I am informed by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the office of NRHM to which the petitioner was transferred is hardly 50 meters away from the office and also inside the same campus. The conduct of the petitioner in questioning that particular transfer is also to be condemned. But the respondent appears to have recalled the said order of transfer and it is contended by the learned Additional Government Pleader

that the petitioner had also been promoted subsequently. Hence, no further issue arises for consideration. This Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
