ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The allegation of unauthorized construction made against the fifth respondent was enquired into and a survey was conducted by the official respondents. The affidavit filed by the official respondents shows that the allegation was found to be factually incorrect, as according to inquiry made, the fifth respondent has made only internal alterations/changes, which do not amount to illegality, so as to take any action.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in this case. Writ petition stands closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
