The petitioner herein, who was secured after seven years of abscondence, is before this Court seeking bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner had absconded and was secured after issuance of Non-Bailable Warrant. He further submitted that if the petitioner released on bail, he may again absconding.

3. Considering the nature of the offence and the objections raised by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
