Mr. A. Arunbabu, Standing Counsel Order (Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The Writ Petition has been instituted challenging the notice issued under Section 128 of the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Act, 1998.
2. The learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Chennai Corporation would submit that the encroachments have already been removed and the eligible encroachers were provided with alternate accommodation through the Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Board.
