This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 147 days in filing the above appeal condoned and till then grant interim stay in notice from Collector dated 01.06.2022, against the award dated 16.03.2020 made in M.C.O.P.No.29 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Nagapattinam.

2.Mr.K.Thirunavukarasu, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the 5th Respondent. 3.Heard the parties. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition and in the interest of justice, the delay of 147 days in filing the above appeal alone is condoned.

4.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
