This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order passed in I.A.No.161 of 2017 in O.S.No. 181 of 2011 dated 21.04.2017 on the file of learned II Addl. District Judge, Salem.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel for petitioner and the respondents appeared and submitted that the suit was dismissed on 28.03.2018. Hence, the prayer sought by the 2/4

petitioner in this Civil Revision Petition became infructuous. Hence, no further adjudication is required in this Civil Revision Petition and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondents, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
