6th Respondent in W.P.No.650 of 2016 W.P.No.649 of 2016 is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned panel of the Lecturer (Siddha) for the year 2015-2016 dated 09.10.2015 in reference No.8866/E1/1/2015 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to prepare a fresh panel taking into account of the services rendered by the petitioner in the Panchayat Union services.
W.P.No.650 of 2016 is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned panel of the District Siddha Medical Officer/Medical Officer for the year 2015-2016 in reference No.13849/E1/1/2015 dated 13.10.2015 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to prepare a fresh panel taking into account of the services rendered by the petitioner in the Panchayat Union services.

The writ petitions have been listed under the caption "for withdrawal" on the basis of the letter dated 23.01.2018 given by the learned counsel for the petitioners before the Registry. Learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw the writ petitions. Accordingly, both the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, interim order stands vacated and the W.M.P.Nos.473, 475 of 2016 & 21521 of 2017 are also dismissed. No costs.
