When the matter came up for hearing, Mrs.S.Ramajayam, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the main suit in O.S.No.87 of 2010 has already been dismissed and hence nothing survives in this present Civil Revision Petition for adjudication. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous since nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
