ORDER

The petitioners got anticipatory bail from the Principal Sessions Court, Page No.1/5

Salem on 27.06.2023 with a condition to appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Omalur daily at 10.00 a.m, until further orders but not less than 30 days. After completion of 30 days, they approached the Court for relaxation, but the petition was dismissed stating that there was breach of compliance with the condition for a few days and non-compliance of conditions for 13 days, 4 days, 5 days and 4 days respectively, the petition for relaxation was dismissed.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after the dismissal of the relaxation petition vide order dated 19.09.2023, the petitioners have regularly complying with the condition. Therefore, they seek the intelligence of this Court to consider the change of circumstances.

3. The learned Government advocate (Crl.Side) submits that investigation is almost completed and file the final report will be filed within a period of 45 days.

4. Considering the said fact, the condition to report before the Judicial Magistrate, Omalur, daily is modified to the effect, the petitioners shall appear before the Investigation Officer on the 1st and 15th of every month at Page No.2/5

10.00 a.m, till filing of the final report. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
