The petitioner herein was granted anticipatory bail by the District Court on 27.06.2023 on certain conditions.

2.When he sought for relaxation of the condition, the Court from record found that, for seven days the petitioner failed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Dharmapuri as per the bail condition. Hence, the relaxation petition was dismissed.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the dismissal of the petition, the petitioner till date is regularly reporting before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Dharmapuri. Since the investigation is almost completed and his absence on few days earlier was due to genuine reason, since the relaxation of the bail condition imposed on 27.06.2023 as modified in Crl.M.P.No.2037 of 2023 dated 20.07.2023.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that the investigation is completed and opinion on Wound Certificate is expected. 5.In view of the above fact, the bail condition is relaxed. The petitioner shall report before the Investigation Officer on summons, if necessary. 2 / 4
