ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to execute the Non-bailable warrant issued by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-II (At Metropolitan Magisterial Level) Allikulam, Egmore in STC No.5623 of 2023 dated 21.06.2024 against third respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the first and second respondents on instructions
submitted that the third respondent had already surrendered before the Court concerned.
