The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 18.09.2019 and pass orders on the same.

2. Through the said representation, the petitioner sought for extension of the period of fishing rights by three months from 28.02.2019. It is also claimed by the petitioner that the respondents are attempting to give such rights by way of fresh auction.

3. It is stated by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents that the said representation of the petitioner has already been considered and an order has been passed by the Assistant Engineer, PWD, WRO/4th respondent on 11.12.2019. He also produced a copy of the said order as well.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no communication was given to the petitioner.

5. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the 4th respondent to furnish a copy of the said communication to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is having any grievance against such communication, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
