The Writ Petition has been filed directing the First Respondent to allow the Petitioner to take part in the recruitment process based on the weightage marks obtained by the Petitioner in the TNTET Exam 2017.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that by efflux of time, the relief sought in this Writ Petition does not remain for consideration, and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
