(2) of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 made in proceedings vide Rc.33/2000F5, dated 19.12.2005, on the file of the 2nd respondent in so far as the petitioner and quash the same and forbearing the respondents

from proceeding further with the further acquisition proceedings pursuant to the G.O.No.261, dated 07.12.2005 published by Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary of Part II-Section 2 and the consequential notice issued under Section 4(2) of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997, issued by the 2nd respondent.
