This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorari to call for the records in Appeal No.8 of 2015 in M.A.No.5 of 2015 against DRC No.137 138 & 139 of 2009 in O.A.No.343 350 359 of 2007 on the file of the DRT II Chennai dated 29.1.2016 and quash the same.
