ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the dismissal order passed in Crl.M.P.No.3270 of 2023 dated 04.09.2023 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri and release the appellant/accused on bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition, since subsequently the petitioner filed Crl.M.P.No.1755 of 2024 before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri and bail was granted to him by order dated 30.04.2024. He also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. Hence, this appeal has become infructuous.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) also confirms the same.

4.In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for appellant, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
