The present Writ Petition has been file seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents not to shift the M/s. Raja Liquors shop License No.32/FL.2 from existing place to some other place without the consent of the petitioners to consider the petitioner representation dated 22.09.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Additonal Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4 submitted that during the pendency of the present Writ Petition, the above Liquors shop had been shifted to some other place and hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
