This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 19.10.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25491 of 2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
