This petition has been filed seeking to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, to disburse the sum of Rs.3,00,000/- deposited by 1st accused Balakumar in Ambattur Estate Police Station, Crime No.1309 of 2017 as per the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur made in C.M.P.No.3169 of 2017 by order dated 09.08.2017 to the petitioners. 2.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
