JUDGMENT

This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.29805 of 2022 dated 24.11.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. A Copy of the order dated 01.11.2023 complying with the directions of this Court is placed before this Court.

3. Recording the said statement as to compliance, this contempt petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 03.11.2023 Index : Yes / No NHS
