ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] (1)The contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in WP.No.12952/2023 dated 26.04.2023 by the respondent herein.
(2)The above writ petition in WP.No.12952/2023 was disposed of with the following direction:- ''7.Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition along with the submissions made on either side, the newly impleaded 8th respondent is directed to inspect the property in question within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as 7th respondent and if there is any unauthorised construction, take appropriate proceedings as per the law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.''
(3)The petitioner in the contempt petition now reports that action, as directed by this Court, had been taken and the aggrieved person has filed a writ petition in WP.No.33906/2023.
(4)In the said circumstances, recording the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, reporting compliance, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
