This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 08.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.11541 of in Crl.O.P.No.13537 of 2023 to report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e., 1st working day of every month at 10.00 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
