Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- is modified to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.698 of 2023 before the concerned Court and to deposit original title deed pertaining to the immovable property worth of Rs.15,00,000/- standing in the name of petitioner or his relatives or his friends before the concerned Court.

Accordingly, this Crl.M.P.No.16265 of 2023 is ordered.
