ORDER

This Petition is filed to direct the respondent police to comply the order of the Learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.39081 of 2024 dated 16.11.2024.

2. The petitioner filed an application u/s.156(3) of Cr.P.C., before the Judicial Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and the learned Judicial Magistrate has forwarded the complaint to the police to conduct investigation on the complaint of the petitioner and file a report.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that on conducting investigation, report was filed before the concerned Court and the matter is posted before the court on 12.09.2025.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
