This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 17.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15663 of 2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., and 50.00 p.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall continue to appear before the respondent police Morning at 10.00 a.m., and Evening at 5.00 p.m., for a period of 20 days and thereafter, shall report before the respondent police once in everyday i.e., everyday at 10.00 a.m., for a period of 30 days and thereafter, weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
