This petition is filed by the petitioner/appellant/claimant seeking to condone the delay of 140 days in filing the above Appeal.

2. Heard both sides. The learned standing counsel for R-2 / Insurance Company submitted that he has no Objection in ordering this petition.

3. In view of the above said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
