Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 herein from preventing the petitioner's use of Eripathway runs adjacent to S.No.140/9 Thensettiyanthal Village and South to S.No.106/1-6 and S.No.140/6, Namasivayapuram Village under the guise of surveying.
