ORDER

When the matter was listed on 30.06.2017, nobody represented the petitioner. The matter again was posted on 22.09.2017, when the contempt petition was adjourned to 13.10.2017. When the matter again came up for hearing on 30.10.2019, nobody appeared for the petitioner. Today also none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Cont.P.No.715/2017 2.The learned counsel for the respondent states that the order dated 30.09.2016 in W.P.No.34566 of 2016 has already been complied with.

3.In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent across the bar, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the Contempt Petition. 4.The Contempt Petition is dismissed.
