(Order of the Court made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This Contempt Petition is filed alleging noncompliance of the order of this Court passed in W.A.No.1573 of 2019 dated 18.06.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents.

3. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that subsequent to the order of this Court dated 18.06.2019, the first respondent has passed an order in Letter No.10804/Sa.Na.4-2/2019-2, dated 06.11.2019. He has also produced the copy of the order for reporting compliance.

4.On perusal of the order dated 06.11.2019, the contention of the petitioner that the order of this Court dated 18.06.2019 has not been complied with by the Page No.2/4

respondents cannot be countenanced. Perhaps, it would be a ground to challenge the said order by way of appropriate proceedings.

5.In view of the order passed by the first respondent in Letter No.10804/Sa.Na.4-2/2019, dated 06.11.2019, nothing further survives in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
