O R D E R
The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to forbear the fourth respondent from registering any documents with respect to the property situated in Tindivanam Registration District, Vallam Sub-Registration District, Vizhukkam Village West S.No.132/7 Ac 0.01 along with the well situated therein without the approval or order of the first respect as per Section 34 of Hindu Religious Charitable and Endowments Act.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3, the learned Government Advocate for the fourth respondent as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 5 and 6, brought to the notice of this Court that the civil suit was filed by the Trustees in O.S.No.118 of 2017 and the parties to the suit entered into a compromise and the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat concerned. Accordingly an order was passed on 8.9.2018 to that effect by the Lok Adalat in LAC No.469 of 2018.
3. In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
