Both the counsels submit that the matter has been settled. However, they seek time to file a Memorandum of Compromise. 2.In view of the submission made by both the counsels, O.A. Nos.821 to 823 of 2023 are closed.

3.A.No.5136 of 2023 has been filed to combine the cause of action. 4.Learned counsel for the defendant has not raised any objection for allowing the said application.

5.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of A.No.5136 of 2023 as sufficient cause has been shown for combing the cause of action.
