Crl.M.P.No.17150 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.17150 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.23037 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23037 of 2022 by order dated 30.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted bail on 30.09.2022. Subsequently, the petitioner suffered heart problem and he was admitted at Vellammal Hospital, Madurai and he is undergoing treatment. She would submit that the petitioner is now advised to take bed rest. However, the petitioner is ready and willing to appear before the respondent police as and when required for the purpose of investigation and he undertakes to appear within two days of notice. Hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would also submit that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23037 of 2022 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
