Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring the issuance of the Transfer Certificate issued on 08.02.2016 anti dated 13.05.2015 to the petitioner by the 4th respondent herein as null and void thereby permit the petitioner J.Ashwin Sai to continue his studies in the X standard for the academic year 2015-2016 in the 4th respondent school, by allowing the petitioner to appear for the practical examinations to be held on 24.02.2016 or in further/other dates and theory S.S.L.C. examinations to be held during March 2016 in the 4th respondent school or in alternative as a private candidate on issuing necessary Hall Ticket to the petitioner.
