The petitioner has filed this petition to set aside the order in M.C.No.03 of 2020 on the file of Judicial Magistrate -II, Hosur.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 25.08.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 31.08.2021. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 31.08.2021, once again there is no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 02.09.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.
