This petition is filed to condone the delay of 92 days in filing the criminal revision petition against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1011 of 2016 in C.C.No.17 of 2015 passed by the Principal Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was suffering from haemorrhage and other age related ailments, due to which, he was enable to prefer the revision within the stipulated time. Thus he prayed for condonation of delay in preferring the above revision.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for petitioner, the delay is condoned.
