Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent herein relating to letter No. 4286/A2/2016 dated 14.10.2016 and quash the same in so far as it relates to the non cancellation of the registration of Doc. No.326 of 2013 on the file of the Sub-Registrar Kundrathur and direct the Respondents 1 to 4 herein to forthwith cancel the registration of the said document No.326 of 2013 on the file the Sub-Registrar Kundrathur.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has given a letter, dated 18.03.2019, to the Registry, seeking permission to withdraw this writ petition.

2. This matter has been listed today under the caption 'for withdrawal'. When the case is called, a similar request was made by the learned counsel for the petitioner with liberty to pursue remedy as per law before the Civil Court. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle today to that effect.

3. Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the said liberty. Consequently, the connected WMP is also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
