O R D E R

1.This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to consider the petitioner's representation made to the 1st respondent herein dated 29.07.2019 and to pass appropriate orders therein. 2.According to the petitioner, he is qualified in Master of Arts and belongs to Scheduled Community Community and also a physical handicapped person. He registered his name with the third respondent's employment exchange on 24.01.2001. While so, the second respondent herein has conducted a Job Mela on 30.03.2010 and the petitioner also attended the same. However, he was not selected for any post despite having of necessary qualifications, while four candidates who were juniors in

registration in employment exchange, were selected. Aggrieved by the same the petitioner filed a Writ petition in W.P.No.25444/2010 before this Court and during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner was informed by the second respondent that unless he withdraws the writ petition, his claim for providing Job would be considered. Accordingly, the petitioner withdrew his writ petition and thereafter he made several representations to the respondents for providing job. On 24.04.2019 the petitioner was orally appointed as Sales clerk on temporary basis and later he was also discontinued. In such circumstance, the petitioner again made a representation on 29.07.2019 to the respondents seeking to provide employment on permanent basis. Since, no response is evoking despite his representation, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstance of the case and and since the representation made by the petitioner has been pending, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the Writ Petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2019, in accordance with law if not disposed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
