(Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL,J.) This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to Respondents 1 to 3 to implement the order dated 15.09.2011 passed in Na.Ka.No.4157/2010-A6 by the 4th Respondent herein, thereby to remove the illegal encroachment made by the 5th Respondent and restore the physical possession to the Petitioner. 2.
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the 3rd Respondent/Tahsildar, Ponneri Taluk, Ponneri and the 4th Respondent/Block Development Officer (Village Panchayats), Cholavaram, Chennai are present. Their presence is dispensed with.

It is represented by Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for Respondents 1 to 4 that the encroachment put up by the 4th Respondent has been removed in its entirety and the Petitioner can have free ingress and egress to the Pathway.
