O R D E R

The writ petitioner herein has filed the writ petition seeking Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to Na.Ka.2714/2014/A-5 dated 31.12.2015 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same. After lapse of nearly four years,

the petitioner has approached this Court challenging transfer of patta.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3 reports that the third respondent has initiated the enquiry proceedings and summoned to the petitioner herein to place the records in support of his representation. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that yesterday the petitioner has appeared before the third respondent in response to the notice. 4.Pursuant to the enquiry initiated based on the complaint, show cause notice was issued. The petitioner has to participate in the enquiry, so that, the revenue authority can arrive at an appropriate conclusion regarding the cancelaltion of patta.

5. In the light of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
