Crl.M.P.No.14588 of 2019 in Crl.RC.SR.No.12156 of 2019 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 174 days in representing the above criminal revision in Crl.RC.Sr.No.12156 of 2019.

Taking into consideration, the submissions made by the learned counsel and having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 174 days is condoned, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- towards the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Chennai, within a week.
