The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal against the order impugned herein before the Appellate Authority and has made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

2. Recording the said submission and the endorsement, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. If an appeal is filed within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the same shall be entertained and be disposed by the Appellate Authority on merits and in accordance with law.
