When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.T. Mahendran, representing for Mr.Zaffarullah Khan, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had expired after filing of the Writ Petition and that the relief sought in the Writ Petition has also become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
