O R D E R

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd Respondent to execute the Sale Deed in respect of the land situated in R.S.No.530/2C at 46 Pudur Village, Modakurichi Taluk, Erode District to the extent of about 50 cents in favour of the petitioners.

2. It is the case of the petitioners that they have purchased the subject properties through Public Auction conducted by the 2nd respondent. In order to register the sale deed in favour in their favour, the petitioners made a representation dated 15.07.2022 to the respondents, requesting to register the sale deed in respect of the above properties, pursuant to which, the 2nd respondent had directed the 3rd respondent to prepare and return the

sale deed back to the 2nd respondent. However, till date, no action has been taken by the 3rd respondent. Hence the present petition has been filed.

3. On the above contentions, this Court heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner representation dated 15.07.2022 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed on the same.

5. In view of the fair submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 15.07.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as to the aggrieved parties if any, within period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 10.11.2022 NHS
